Katherine Vernet, Esq., is the owner of Vernet Law, LLC. Katherine has extensive experience negotiating, drafting and advising on contracts and other transactional legal matters. Prior to starting her own firm, she served as a government in-house attorney, handling contracts, grants, procurements and real estate matters for local and state governments. 

 

Katherine’s goal with every client is to ensure that they are on the right path when it comes to the growth and sustainability of their businesses. As a native of Haiti, Katherine comes from a family whose foundation is built from hard work and determination.She has a dedication for seeing things through and handle her clients’ legal matters with tenacity.

When Katherine is not fine-tuning a contract to minimize risks for  her clients, she likes to relax on the beach with her toes in the sand. She can also be found exploring different cultures around the world as traveling is a passion of hers.
